The last day of the bus stop

As of Sunday 21 June, this very convenient bus stop close to our house will cease to function and the bus route will be deleted. It is very disappointing as proximity to the bus was a reason for buying our house, especially as it passed both of the school gates. We have found one that heads towards the kids schools, but they all have a decent walk ahead of them from next week.
We could, of course drive them, but taking the bus has given them a degree of independence that many kids don't have these days, and that is very precious. Not to mention enhancing our green credentials.
