Sea, Surf and Haar

Spent today planning next academic year and organising for sculpture workshop.
We are spending next week making giant bird sculptures out of wire.
Should be fun!
Went to collect my daughter from work at 7.00pm and stopped off at the front.
Really big sea running.
Too dangerous to go out to the harbour breakwaters
So just took shots from the front looking onto beach.
There were a number of surfers trying to ride the rollers but too far out to be anything, especially with the mist.
Really thick sea haar penetrating everything.
Went for this very sparse shot at the end of the day.
Loved the atmosphere it captured, rather than the photographic technique.
