Lift

I need a lift, but I don’t see it coming anytime soon.
 
Bad day today, had to go to Birmingham for a meeting, that means two and a half hours in the car, too much time thinking!
 
Massive headache later on as well which wiped me out.  That wiped out feeling I had the other week was obviously a sign.
