Flame

Saw the Olympic flame in Glasgow tonight, carried by local folk through the streets and then into George Square, where there were a fair few thousand people waiting and cheering.

I have a lovely, lovely picture of Emeli Sande, who sang beautifully and had the crowd happy as larry before the flame was even there. But thought I'd better blip the flame, its a one-off after all :-)

So happy to have been there. One of the many things I like about my friend and colleague Alex is his ability to act on the spur of the moment... thanks to him we had tickets for the event in the square tonight and will be enjoying the Olympic football at Hampden later in the summer too!
