The beginning of the Hong Kong / Vietnam adventure. And what a start not only prize winning tickets to Hong Kong but then we were upgraded to business. I mean seriously how lucky are we? And can I tell you Cathy Pacific business rocks. It's not just the top class Bloody Mary, or the 3 course meal with great cheese, and the wine to accompany. But then they give you a duvet to make your fully flat bed that bit more luxurious.
