I'm hearing The Hebrides Overture

as I look out across The Sands at St Andrews. It's just so June in Scotland this weather.

I've been away in Somerset for awhile and it's great to return for half term holiday and the weather says you've missed nothing... nothing's changed!

But sadly this is the last day of the hols, I've had a great time, sick Blubelle chicken aside. (She's getting better though, and back with the flock)

but.... it's time to trundle back down the road to Somerset and they had better have the weather fixed for my arrival.

and it'll be sun, sun, sun all summer long.
