Going nowhere

I found this old boat in a small part of the estuary in Exmouth.  Its located in the estuary close to the docks area where ship building has taken place since early medieval times but more prolifically in the 1700s and 1800s.   I found one small business where the owner has until recently made boats but this area has been modernised and is now home to a large number of luxury apartments overlooking either the estuary or the old docks.  

A gloriously warm sunny day spent wandering around the town.
