I baked ...

Just because! We were having a kind of pot luck at a friends and I thought I'd make my Greek coconut cake. I don't usually ice with whipping cream but did today and it was pleased with the freshness and lightness of it.

Been a busy day thankfully. Feeling a tad insecure without my brace, but moving forwards too. Had to climb four flights of stairs to get to our friends house which probably wasn't a good idea, but I've got to start sometime.
