Investigations into a recurring shoulder problem presented me with this x Ray that I asked the consultant if I could photograph. The surgery and reconstruction of 3 yrs ago turns out to be two medium weight 'plasterboard' type fixings into my humerus to re attach ' supra spinatus' pretty impressive ! and apparently titanium for strength and so that I don't set off any alarms in the airport
