Repairs
Mrs W's aquarium air pump was getting noisy so we ordered up replacement diaphragms just in case.
When it came to changing them the old ones didn't look too bad, and the noise did not get any better for the change. A closer look revealed that one of the arms was coming apart, so back to square one (well about two or three to be honest), attach the broken plastic to the metal of said arm with epoxy resin, clamp together and leave overnight to set properly.
Unfortunately the arms, which vibrate and work the diaphragms to pump the air, are not on the parts list, so it may be a new pump if this fails - watch this space.
