Walmer Beach

Sam had an inset day today so came for boiled eggs with MaryAnn and I which was lovely; just like he used to do before he started school.
Katy came home from school this afternoon with her hand in an ice-pack after being hit on her hand by a rounders ball. A quick trip to minor injuries and an X-ray later showed it not to be broken. Thank goodness.
Scouts this evening for Katy. They were on the water. She stuck to sailing rather than swimming because of her hand. I went up early to pick her up and had a glorious walk along the beach, chatting and taking photos. The sky was amazing tonight; the sunset just gorgeous.
