Ultimately this will be moussaka. Ultimately it will be tea. Or an early morning snack. Right now it's got a little way to go but it will be fabulous.

In the meantime, I have wine and it's the weekend so all is good.

Note to future self - if you thought the NW saga was over earlier in the week you were kidding yourself. The link to CC from the business page apparently takes you to consumer CC (how silly of me) and the business site is so woefully comical that it looks like a phishing site. I may pop into the local branch to double check.
