Hemerocallis

Also known as Day Lily. This is a miniature one which lives at the front of my front north facing border. Once it starts to flower, and each flower lasts only one day, it carries on until October or November. I love its golden warmth.
Just pottered after tea and planted a Mini thymus and an Armeria into the rockery. It's really cold again. Think the plants must be confused. :(.
