Driesh and Mayar

Two more munros completed today! I started the day at 7am and drove an hour and a half to St Andrews to pick up Gina, before driving another hour and a half to the start of the walk. Although the forecast was meant to be windy and dull, the actual conditions were fairly perfect which was great.

The walk started in a forest and climbed slowly, before a steep climb next to a waterfall and to the mountain tops above. It was a really great walk and I thoroughly enjoyed spending the day with Gina. I'm going to miss her loads when she graduates this year and goes away but hopefully we'll be able to keep in contact and it won't be too sad!
