You get a hotel, we get a farm...

Just came across these lovely drawings from a local primary school on the hoarding around the building site for the upcoming Premier Inn at Archway - part of the current regeneration.
It seems that the developers are donating building materials to the school who are creating a farm. increased my feeling of positivity toward the hotel redevelopment. In many ways it's exciting living in an area on the cusp of change.
