Oh dear

Someone is going to have chicken pox for their 6th birthday. Tom climbed into bed with me this morning complaning of a headache and there it was a spot on his tummy. We have stopped counting spots now and Louise has stocked up with a few soothing ointments. Sam won´t be far behind. 
We finished painting the hall, kitchen and sitting room today so went out for supper. Afterwards Oscar announced that he had booked the Hotel Suiss for us so we could get a peaceful nights sleep away from the smell of paint, itchy boys and barking dogs. What a lovely surprise.
