Boat Yard.......

The low tide exposes the marine flora that flourishes on the piles supporting part of this boat yard.
I suppose it's quite a trick of evolution that this particular group of plants can live half of their lives submerged in salt water, the other half in fresh air, and still flourish. 
It's it a continual cycle of thrive and survive depending on when they're in or out of the water.....??
There's never a David Bellamy around when you need one.
