Big L and Little L

Big L worked with me for a year in Edinburgh, and is now doing his PhD at the EUI. That's not his only ongoing "achievement", as this photo makes clear. Little L is just the cutest baby ever - and given the number of babies who have been popping up (or out?) recently, that's quite some competition.

A busy day of conferencing, and a quick baby-cooing interlude before a working dinner. Back to the hotel afterwards, sadly not for the pool, but for another mossie biting episode. But at least there was a good sunset (see extra). Grrrh.
