Frankly Revolting

I've been stalking Revolver for a while on eBay. But, just when I get one in my sights, someone else shoots it.

But, today, the local hospice shop had an early, mono copy for £15.

Not cheap for what is a pretty well-used copy. Vikki Stacey of 2L clearly expected her records to earn their living. But professor Google tells me that it is a second pressing from '66 to '69 and it sounds OK...

Everything is relative, so the £5 Sinatra record in the Red Cross shop that I rejected two weeks ago as too expensive, seemed like a bargain today.

Spent the rest of the day starting jobs that I didn't have time to finish. Oh well. Time for wine.
