Kimchi Class

Kind of a disjointed day today, we had a lunchtime thing which seemed to put the rest of the day out of whack, not a big deal but suddenly it was 4:30 p.m. and we couldn't figure out where the day had gone.  We were in Sellwood this afternoon and I like to stop in here at the Portland Homestead Supply Co as they have 2 goats that I like to say hello to.  The store gives classes on pickling, canning, krauting, and all kinds of food preservation, today was Kimchi.  I took a couple of discreet shots as I didn't want to distract anyone.
