Greed

After a solid day at work (it's report writing time of year and there never seems to be time to do them during the week) Kiwilizzie and I went for a drive up the Matakitaki. We stopped at friend N's house to drop something off but she wasn't home. While there I spotted a pile of apples that had been dumped for pig food. There were more than a dozen waxeyes (tauhou, silvereyes) gorging themselves.

There was a lot of squabbling and flitting about going on and the light wasn't ideal for getting action shots - but I still managed to take over 100 photos.

It has been a hard choice decide which one to blip so I've put They're MY apples and Get a Grip into my blipfolio.
