Alligator anyone?

There was a food truck rally in town today. We are a small town so we don't usually have any good interesting food trucks,just fries, burgers, sausage, you know the usual. That being said how could I not try alligator, I mean really ,ALLIGATOR! It was definitely different. The  taste was amazing but I really wasn't to keen on the texture.  Glad I tried it though:) There was a gelato truck and that was delicious. It was a great day. Lots of people at the farmers market and the truck rally.I got some local strawberries that are so good. Love this time of year when we can finally get fresh produce, it tastes so much better.
