Early morning wonder up the hill with Juno, great chat on the way. A heavy dew and low cloud gave us an atmospheric stage.

Work was a cheese thin of cheeryness.

Gave blood at lunchtime, the blood just drains out of me and I was away pretty quickly.

Cycled home with some chilli plants carefully boxed in the pannier to protect.

Stayed up far too late should have got the hint from Juno.
