At Liberation Square, St Helier.

At this place on the 9th May 1945 advance parties from the Royal Navy and the British Army liberated Jersey from nearly 5 years of occupation by the German forces.
Located on Liberation Square, erected on the 50 Anniversary on the 9 May 1995.
