Cemetery Sunday - the view

I wandered down to the graveyard at the church I attend this morning, since the sun appeared to be making a brief appearance. The air quality must have been good, as you could see for miles, so I took a picture of one of the gravestones near the entrance with the view looking down over the valley and up the hill. On the top of that hill in the distance was once a motte and bailey castle - just a small one, but a castle all the same. All that is left now are the mounds.
