" Samenloop voor Hoop "

Yesterday and today there is an event called  “ Samenloop voor Hoop “ (walking together for hope) to raise money for research and support against cancer.

People that survived and their relatives and friends are walking various distances together for 24 hours.

Cancer is a terrible disease for those who have to cope with it.

At night there was a ceremony with music, meditations and 5000 candles with supporting wishes on them.

It was very impressive to see all these lights with a wish, surrounded by these many people.
