Solstice

At this point of the year our thoughts turn to the mystery of Fridgehenge. 

Believed to be aligned such that the rising sun, at the summer solstice, strikes the bonnet of a particular car in the second-hand car dealership across the road people flock from all over town to visit Big Ben's fish & grill which shelters in the lee of this magnificent erection. Nobody knows who built it or how the lintel fridges were raised into position but local businesses are adamant that they do not wish the government to build a tunnel to take the road away from the monument. I've marked it on the map in case anyone hasn't been able to visit yet. I've added an extra image so that you can see it "aged"
