Sete Cidades lakes, San Miguel

This is a classic view on San Miguel.  Crater filled lakes and hedges of hydrangeas.  It is a 'honeypot' view with parking space for cars and tour buses. One of my whinges about the island was the lack of adequate parking at many beauty spots and villages. No stopping on the narrow twisting roads either .
A beautiful island.
