Lacking inspiration

This might be the longest day but it won't seem like it as the showers have increased during the day and it's quite dull.
I did go out for a short run with Mr Rat but didn't take a camera so then I was looking for something to blip - but flowers always provide good subjects and using flash adds a different effect.
