Mum and Dad

Started the day with a run- long overdue!
After cleaning up and R went to do the shopping, mum and dad came for lunch.
Happy Father's Day! This is my dad's hand. He is used to making fists as he was a boxer in his youth. He has distinctive hands and all our knuckles resemble his.
He had steak n egg for his lunch and then we set about the task of fitting my kitchen blind.
I know I'm soft and sometimes baffling but I love them both dearly. They are so very important to me.
My brother and co also called in to see us all.x
