Fisherman's Bastion

This morning we performed at a local secondary school's leaver's ceremony. This was an outdoor concert but fortunately it didn't rain and we had just about enough clothes pegs to go around to prevent the music blowing off the stands. We then visited the Fisherman's Bastion where we had a couple of hours to ourselves to explore. Following that was our boat trip. This was a lot of fun - it was very comfortable and we enjoyed relaxing and taking photos. The  Vocal Jazz group also gave an impromptu concert :) In the evening we attended a Mass before doing our final concert. Dinner was had at a local folklore restaurant with a band and dancers. Some of our teachers were even persuaded to join in the dancing! Our day finished with a rather emotional presentation of thank you gifts to the teachers. All of us in sixth year are extremely sad that our last ever music trip is nearly over. It has been amazing!!
