Building site on Brighton seafront.

This is going to be the site of the i360, an observation tower, which is being built very close to the wrecked West Pier (see extra blip). The owners, the West Pier Trust, have borrowed £36m and hope that its income will eventually lead to rebuilding the West Pier.  I'm not holding my breath.
