Phil, (back row, far right) had organised a team shirt for the longest day cycling weekend. See logo in the extras below. Norman did the design and Gerald the printing. Phil ironed on the badges. 

Anyway, on our return to Calais on Sunday evening after most of the team (but not me) had done a plucky 100 mile ride, Phil organised us into a team photo. And lo and behold we appear here looking like the French flag. Magic!
