It's stuck - help!

Heard Coops 'talking' to himself this morning while I was having breakfast and when I went to investigate he was lying on the stairs waiting for someone to help him bring his blanket down as it was stuck!   Then we had a game of tug-of-war with it!  For a Monday morning he was full of energy - unlike me!
