Not saying they are the same thing ;)

What better way to spend fathers day than out with him doing what he and I enjoy so much. Mountain biking for three and a half hours without stopping apart from for taking in this view.

On our door step is the Wrens Nest Nature Reserve which is very well known for very good fossil finds. Whilst riding through the Jurassic looking woods the light was rather wonderful and I wish I had a better camera with me but see the extra image.

He's not doing too bad for a 68 year old, he can ride the legs off me on the flat, it's only the hills my years help me.
