Early morning ferry

Leaving the lake today and getting the train to Rome.
Later.....we boarded the train to find people sitting in our reserved seats in 1st class. A very rude Brit and his wife refused to move even though they had 2nd class tickets. They were part of a tour with Rail Discoveries and Trenitalia had had taken a coach off the train leaving not enough seats. Why they thought they were entitled to steal our seats I don't know. Two very nice men on the same tour kindly got up and went in another coach. I'd like to know what their holiday rep was doing all this time. Trenitalia staff never came along the train as they knew there was trouble. We subjected the rude man to a hard stare every time he looked up :-)
