Vacant Complex

An unexpectedly bad case of the flu meant this was the only shot I captured today. I was glad I got it early because when the symptoms hit, 104Fº/40ºC temperature, runny nose, body aches, etc., all I wanted to do was sleep the day away. The single chair symbolizes the state of our complex at the moment, only two of our 25 units have any inhabitants. A far cry from the busy season when upwards of 20 are occupied at a time, usually with multiple people. We may see a bump in business the end of this month as Mexican summer holidays start soon, but the place will not fill up for another six months. The cycle of life in a tourist destination.
