The healthy option
Our festival committee was a marathon this morning, but we worked hard and sorted out a lot of things, ready for the Autumn Festival. Phew.
Had a lie down this afternoon to recover!
Went to be weighed at Slimming World. 2 more pounds have bitten the dust. I didn't stay for the long meeting - too much to do before I go to the Dolomites on Thursday. I did enjoy my healthy salad tonight: lean chicken, lettuce, cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, red pepper and fresh coriander. Mmmm.
