First Aid!

A busy day began with the First Aid Course at the church. The trainer was from St Andrews Ambulance and she was 'the best'. It was informative and good fun! I think everyone enjoyed it especially trying out the defib machine (on 'ANNIE') and the simulating choking 'waistcoat'
The course was quickly followed by preparations for the Special Needs club end of term party which finished in time for me to get to our local Worship group.
