Moving up -

When I first walked into Kendall’s Senior apartment some years ago, I was awed by the beauty she had created in the small, dark rooms. Deep colors, wonderful artwork, and lots of books made it all feel like a place one could live well. And Kendall has lived well there, as all who follow her know.
 
Now she’s moving up to a lighter space, and I was happy to help her begin filling boxes with books today. Lots of boxes (I did come home with a bag full of books she’s getting rid of) as well as a playful lunch and the wonderful conversation we get to share. I am so deeply grateful for our friendship -
