Tiny Tuesday

Found this tiny feather on the lawn when I was putting the washing out - and I got the washing dry even though our day started at -6C deg, -7C deg predicted tonight.  The sun has shone all day thank goodness.
Inland at Lake Pukaki  (a couple of hours drive inland from here) they recorded -20C this morning.  The coldest on record was -25C at Ranfuly, Central Otago in 1903.  

Anyrate, back to the feather.  Bought it inside put it on a cushion and couple of clicks, done and dusted.

We went supermarket shopping this morning then headed off walking for an hour around the bay and park, very nice.  Beanie and gloves added extras.
