Hot.......

A busy day of being out and about and little time to spend with the camera led to this quick shot reminding me of a fire.

We dropped R at Day care, took mum to the mall and then to the specialist, back home for half an hour and then picked R up from Day care. It had been a long day for him he thought but they had fed him as if he was a king, mum and I smiled.

The drive into Christchurch at 10am this morning was bumper to bumper as there had been many accidents from the black ice, all roads were affected - it really was a slow crawl. Most parts of the South Island had temperatures below 0 this morning with Tekapo airfield recording -19.8C - brrrrr!!! Glad I wasn't there!

It's 'Tiny Tuesday' kindly hosted by Walking Wombat, I thought the centre of this little calendula was not only hot but most interesting.
