got up bright and early walked dog planned the bike fix, shopping trip and dinner for 10 people i'd invited round. 11am i was struck by a wierd sick bug out of the blue. talked to the loo a lot and was tempted to blip it but thought it too bad taste. view from bed is nice, watching clouds go by, germs seem to be slowing. dinner is off :(
