Lesser spotted Woodpecker

He didn't appreciate having his photograph taken, probably because we couldn't stop laughing at his grumpy expression!

We made another visit  to the Museum of Memorabelia "The land of Lost Content" in Craven Arms.  A wonderful personal collection of artefacts  everything from pre-war to present day begun over thirty years ago by one young lady with the foresight to recognise the changes happening in her lifetime.  I think it may be the largest private collection in the country cramming three floors of a disused factory!

We were lucky enough to have a great spotted woodpecker sharing the peanuts too and will post some pictures of them both on Flickr soon, but the priority at the moment is to catch up with our belated blips and your pictures too!  (and the WASHING!!!!!) :-))
