A new beauty in the garden

I was looking for something special
and then suddenly it was just in front of my eyes!
A dogwood teutonia.
I have never seen it before, 
and now I can admire it every day :-)

First these white leaves that looks like petals, 
then the little flower in the  middle turns into a red berry
that can be used to marmalade,
then the leaves turns orange and red in the autumn.
