Here they go...

Teachers line their path as the class of 2015,  led by two colleagues, walk down and away from the school building towards Konak Terrace for their graduation ceremony.   We followed them down the hill and as traditionally happens, walked in to the applause of grateful parents.  Always makes the heart swell.  The ceremony started a little later than usual at 7pm and so the sun had set by the close when everyone walked back up the hill for refreshments outside the theatre - more substantial this year as it is Ramadan and this will have been the first food of the day for some.  A nice time for some fond farewells,  and thus the academic year is now closed.
