Sprouting cones

I did a lot of driving this morning. Megan to the bus; Nix to Bruntsfield; Claire to Biggar then Broughton.

I brought a tape measure and took photos of the pothole that busy the rental car tyre last week (and cost me almost £250!) Then this evening, taking Angus to drumming, it seemed like the whole of the road had sprouted cones.

Since reporting the pothole, the council must have been round with a van, filling the holes with these orange, plastic markers. It's like a slalom. If only they'd filled the holes with Tarmac.
