THE CHEQUES IN THE POST

Spent most of the day figuring out how much money I need to spend on the upkeep of the building over the next financial year & then selling the idea to the owners, happy to report we came to a satisfactory compromise, I'll just need to take a little more care & make do and mend! 
Other than that it was a steady slog through the mail from last week & paying & posting the bills.
