Librarians of a feather ...

... drink coffee together!

I had a trip to our Cornwall campus today as I colleague and I headed down to do some training for a group of fellow librarians. We happened upon their stash of coffee cup holders which proves their caffeine addiction is just as bad as ours!

We were very jealous of their refectory as it is way cheaper than any of the outlets on our campus. £1 for a latte felt like a very good deal - we pay more than double that. The food is all about half the price of ours too and there was plenty if choice - we will have to visit more often!

We had a nice wander around after the training session in order to stretch our legs for the car journey home. There was a lovely walled garden to explore which would have formed part of the original gardens of the estate house - I don't know anything about the history of the estate so will have to check it out.
