Crunch

After a trip to the hospital this am, the news is I am having scan to check for blockages before they give me an op date for the gall bladder.

This evening we popped to see Ruth my Chiropractor who is just setting up a new practice in St Margarets.  (It's a fab space she has). To say I was quite tense after all the weekend pain is an understatement.  When she was working on one bit of my back I came over all faint.  Arthur did a post treatment massage, it was not one of those mammy pamby relaxation massages...but the pain was worth it.
